Chateau Tour de Pez capitalised on the best aspects of the 2014 vintage to produce an elegant and pure wine. The estate uses traditional viticultural methods and does not use any pesticides in their production. The harvest occurred between 24th September and 10th October. All the grapes were picked by hand and the fruit underwent a rigorous selection process during harvest and during the sorting at the winery.
The 2014 Chateau Tour de Pez is an elegant wine. The nose is discreet and refined and the flavours on the palate are pure. The tannins are present, but still subtle, and the wine has a fresh yet lengthy finish. The estate estimates that the optimum drinking period for this vintage will be between 2020-2025. Recommended food pairings include roasted poultry, red meat and fresh cheese. The 2014 vintage is composed of 50 % Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot, 2% Cabernet Franc and 3% Petit Verdot.Discover Chateau Tour de Pez 2014 En Primeur (UK) Discover Chateau Tour de Pez 2014 En Primeur (HK)
